Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable AI frameworks on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrating advanced AI solutions, including Enterprise ChatGPT. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in data governance and a proven track record in machine learning model architecture.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable AI frameworks on GCP to support enterprise level applications. Lead the integration of Enterprise ChatGPT, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Oversee the architecture of machine learning models, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards. Develop and execute data governance strategies using Atlan to ensure data quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and drive innovation. Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development and deployment. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in prompt engineering for ChatGPT. Strong expertise in GCP and BigQuery. Hands on experience with Atlan for data governance. Solid understanding of AI/ML programming languages and frameworks. Experience in designing and deploying machine learning models.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud native architectures and microservices. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 10 15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role. Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML initiatives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
