Job Title:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data Architect, Client Integrations & Migrations to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote, Contract to Hire opportunity focuses on designing scalable data solutions, guiding complex migration efforts, and ensuring data integrity across enterprise platforms. The selected candidate will collaborate with technical teams and external stakeholders to modernize data ecosystems, improve information flow, and support long term business objectives. Success in this role requires strong database expertise, strategic problem solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.Compensation:
$100 to $135 per hourWork Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities of theData Architect, Client Integrations & Migrations:
- Oversee data architecture initiatives that support system implementations, platform transitions, and client onboarding activities while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
- Design and guide data conversion, integration, and extraction strategies that enable seamless movement of information across multiple business systems.
- Analyze complex database structures and develop governance practices that reduce data discrepancies and support reliable record management.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to define requirements and deliver scalable data solutions aligned with operational objectives.
- Ensure successful execution of data pipelines, workflow processes, and migration activities through planning, validation, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts.
Data Architect, Client Integrations & Migrations:
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience designing relational database solutions using PostgreSQL or comparable database technologies.
- Strong background with object relational mapping tools, database change management processes, and data architecture within multi tenant environments.
- Proven success leading large scale data migration, integration, and transformation projects, including legacy system modernization and schema redesign initiatives.
- Advanced SQL scripting skills along with experience building data pipelines, architecting complex workflows, and working within Microsoft based technology environments including .NET, database platforms, and Node.js.
- Client facing communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions, plus familiarity with healthcare data standards, data privacy requirements, and AI enabled technologies preferred.
