Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Data Coordinator Specialist opportunity in El Segundo, CA with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities for Data Coordinator Specialist include but are not limited to: •
Advanced Data Processing & Reporting:
Clean, consolidate, and format large datasets from multiple operational systems to update daily, weekly, and monthly reports. •
Power BI & Efficiency Enhancement:
Maintain, update, and improve existing Power BI dashboards. Identify manual data bottlenecks and implement formulas or simple automations (Excel macros, Power Query) to streamline repetitive workflows. •
Cross-Functional Tactical Support:
MSC & S&OP
Assist with inventory tracking data, supply chain metrics compiling, and supply plan file maintenance. •
Development:
Help input and track packaging, formulation, or master data specifications in internal systems. •
General Group Support:
Tackle task-oriented backlogs, audit data discrepancies, and ensure team repositories are organized and up-to-date. •
Data Integrity & Maintenance:
Perform routine audits on transactional data, ensuring accuracy across systems so the core team can make decisions based on trusted information. •
Administrative Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Execute routine system transactions, upload documents, and track process checklists as requested by team leads. Candidates Data Coordinator Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: • Expert Excel Skills (Required): Mastery of advanced Excel functions is a must (e.g., XLOOKUP, Index/Match, nested IF statements, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and basic VBA/Macros). You should be highly comfortable managing and manipulating complex spreadsheets. •
Analytical & Visualization Tools:
Familiarity with Power BI (connecting data sources, editing dashboards, basic DAX) or other data visualization/analytical tools is highly preferred. •
Interchangeable & Adaptable Skillset:
Proven ability to quickly learn new software, internal databases, and specialized operational workflows. •
Strong Organizational & Detail Focus:
Exceptionally organized with a high tolerance-and appetite-for routine, meticulous, and task-oriented work. You take pride in absolute accuracy. •
Communication & Collaboration:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to seamlessly transition support between different sub-groups (MSC, S&OP, Development). •
Experience:
5+ years of experience in operations support, supply chain, or highly analytical coordinator role. • A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus. What's in this Data Coordinator Specialist position for you? •

Pay Details:
