CSI has been investing in our employees for five decades, start your journey with us today! CSI Leasing is seeking a full time Data Management Coordinator to join a growing organization. What you will be doing in the role: Collaborate across multiple departments to process quality documents, working in a department that supports an international staff.
Daily tasks include:
Entry of lease contract information into company databases and leasing platforms Process inventory transactions in ERP system Analyze inventory monthly to determine status of assets Process sales of equipment between subsidiaries Prepare monthly spreadsheets Prepare monthly vouchers for payments to banks and subsidiaries Entry of yearly budgets in accounting software Special projects Assistance to other departments within CSI You will be a good fit for the role if you have: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of data entry, administrative, operations or financial services experience preferred A desire to maintain accurate information with strong attention to detail Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information How we take care of our people: Competitive pay & benefits package includes: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you & your family Virtual medical and mental health care coverage Pre-tax medical & dependent care flexible spending accounts Health Reimbursement Arrangement Company matched 401(k) retirement savings account Company-paid short & long-term disability and life insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Hybrid work schedule On-site fitness center Wellness program Company events Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vetsBenefits
