: ONLY W2 Job Description About the job Data Warehouse Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms across clinical, R D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial domains. This role will shape scalable, compliant data ecosystems that power advanced analytics, reporting, and enterprise decision-making in a regulated life sciences environment. Key Responsibilities Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data warehouse and data lake architectures Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for complex life sciences datasets Define integration patterns across clinical, R D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial systems Architect cloud, on-prem, and hybrid data solutions aligned to enterprise needs Data Integration and Engineering Oversee data ingestion from systems such as EDC, CTMS, LIMS, QMS, ERP, and CRM platforms Define ETL and ELT frameworks, pipelines, and transformation standards Ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely data across integrated sources Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation and performance optimization Governance and Compliance Ensure alignment with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulations Establish data governance, metadata standards, and lineage frameworks Support validation processes and documentation in regulated environments Partner with compliance teams during audits and inspections Analytics Enablement Enable self-service BI, reporting, and advanced analytics capabilities Optimize data structures for dashboards, analytics, and data science use cases Support clinical analytics, real-world evidence, and operational reporting needs Strategy and Stakeholder Collaboration Translate business requirements into scalable architectural solutions Define data warehouse roadmap aligned with digital transformation strategy Evaluate platforms, tools, and vendors for enterprise adoption Mentor junior architects and data engineers on best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 7 12+ years of experience in data architecture or data warehousing, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries Strong expertise in data modeling and enterprise architecture Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Strong understanding of GxP and validated systems Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field (MS, PhD, or MBA) Experience in clinical trials, R D analytics, or regulatory submissions Hands-on experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, or Databricks Familiarity with Master Data Management and governance frameworks Cloud or data architecture certifications Key Skills Enterprise data architecture and modeling ETL and ELT design and optimization Cloud and hybrid data platforms Regulatory compliance in life sciences systems Strong stakeholder communication and strategic thinkingSimilar remote jobs
