We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Database Records Specialist to help maintain and organize company records. This is an easy, routine-focused remote position that involves reviewing information, updating records, checking for accuracy, and keeping databases organized. No advanced technical skills are required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using a computer, following simple instructions, and working carefully with information. Responsibilities Enter and update information in company databases. Review records for missing or incorrect information. Organize and maintain digital records. Verify information against provided documents or sources. Correct basic errors and duplicate records. Keep databases accurate and up to date. Search for and retrieve records when needed. Follow simple data-handling and privacy procedures. Complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Communicate with team members regarding missing or unclear information. Requirements Basic computer and internet skills. Ability to use email, spreadsheets, and web-based applications. Good attention to detail. Ability to follow written instructions. Basic typing and keyboard skills. Reliable internet connection and a computer. Good organizational skills. Ability to work independently from home.
