- The Director
- Process Evolution & Innovation will serve as a strategic driver of how Mosaic Data Hub operates, scales, and improves-owning the evolution of end-to-end enterprise processes that enable content planning, creation, production, review/approval, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- + •Process Strategy & Roadmap•: Own the roadmap for Mosaic process evolution, identifying highest-value opportunities to reduce cycle time, improve throughput/quality, and enhance compliance confidence across end-to-end content workflows.
- Future-State Design & Operating Model
- : Map current-state processes, design future-state workflows, roles/RACI, and governance, and create practical implementation plans that scale across brands and regions. +
- AI in Enterprise Processes
- : Partner with product/tech/data teams to identify, prioritize, and deploy AI/GenAI use cases (e.g., intelligent intake, content reuse, routing, summarization, and QA) with appropriate risk controls and human-in-the-loop design. +
- Continuous Improvement & Standardization
- : Establish and run a continuous improvement cadence (problem intake, root-cause analysis, piloting, rollout), standardizing best practices while allowing necessary local flexibility. +
- Performance Measurement
- : Define KPIs/OKRs and instrumentation (e.g., cycle time, rework, SLA attainment, automation impact, satisfaction) and use insights to drive prioritization and transparent reporting to senior leadership. +
- Change Enablement & Adoption
- : Partner with activation and change teams to translate process changes into clear playbooks, training, and communications; drive adoption, handle resistance, and ensure changes stick.
Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing Operations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

$189,430- $229,546 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis.
