What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you'll be at the heart of Trimble's digital transformation, directly spearheading the establishment of our Data Management Office (TDMO). You won't just be managing a process; you will be architecting the frameworks, councils, and standards that define how a global technology leader utilizes its most valuable resource—data. Key Exciting Responsibilities Architect the

TDMO :

Lead the establishment and ongoing operation of the Trimble Data Management Office, from charter definition to high-impact stakeholder communication. Empower the

Data Council :

Build and manage the Data Governance Council, identifying key stewards and providing the training needed to champion data excellence. Master the

Metadata :

Oversee high-stakes metadata initiatives, including customer data cleanup and the migration of complex systems into a unified data ecosystem. Launch the

Data Catalog :

Drive the implementation of a comprehensive data catalog, documenting lineage and definitions to make data accessible and actionable.

Guardian of Data Integrity :

Develop data quality scorecards and enforce lifecycle controls to ensure our data is secure, classified, and compliant.

Essential Skills & Experience Professional Experience :

3+ years of demonstrable experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, or Business Analysis, ideally within a technical or data-heavy environment.

Data Expertise :

Strong understanding of metadata management principles and data lifecycle management, including access controls and retention policies.

Strategic Communication :

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical Mindset :

Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to complex data ecosystems.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation:

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Hiring Range $78,400.00-$107,900.00 Pay Rate Type Salary Bonus Eligible? No Commission Eligible?
