We are seeking a Program Manager - Data & End-to-End Capability Delivery to join a stellar team on contract basis. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading a major, complex, data-driven execution of end-to-end business capabilities across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders. This role will provide both program management oversight and hands-on delivery support for data-related tasks required for implementation.
Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a large cross-functional program with multiple dependencies and evolving business deliverables Build data connectivity across workstreams and drive progress on components that may not have clear ownership Translate business strategy into executable delivery plans, features, workstreams, milestones, and implementation roadmaps Manage backlog, epics, features, dependencies, resourcing, risks, assumptions, budget, and change requests Support and lead UAT, business readiness, process/policy updates, launch planning, and sign-off activities Ensure successful delivery of end-to-end capabilities, not just individual project tasks Lead end to end testing of data connectivity to service clear business deliverables Coordinate business, data, product, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment and execution Drive business requirement alignment, process mapping, gap analysis, UAT, change management, and launch readiness Escalate risks and blockers, drive decisions, and ensure end-to-end capability delivery Manage program governance, milestones, status reporting, and executive updates
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in program/project management, product delivery, digital transformation, and business/technology implementation Experience in complex enterprise environments, preferably within Banking & Finance Strong understanding of data-driven delivery, cross-functional planning, and stakeholder management Ability to influence across teams without direct authority Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and AI tools #LI-MR1 #LI-Hybrid We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
