- OEM Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
- to lead our Climate Solutions sales efforts in the
- Data Center vertical

- and proven team-building skills to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will understand the evolving landscape of data centers and leverage both existing and emerging technologies to meet the needs of our OEM customer base.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Key Responsibilities
- + Lead, develop, and mentor OEM Key Account Managers to achieve sales growth targets. + Drive sustainable growth of Climate Solutions portfolio sales in alignment with the regional sales strategy. + Develop and maintain
- customer-focused value propositions
- tailored to the data center market.
- Key Account Plans
- with aggressive growth targets based on customer needs. + Build in-depth customer understanding to identify areas where Danfoss can deliver maximum value within the product portfolio.
- Success Criteria
- + Achieve growth and profitability in OEM sales across Climate Solutions divisions in North America's Data Center vertical. + Align sales strategy with product line objectives. + Foster team development and build organizational capability.
- What We're Looking For
- Qualifications & Skills
- + Bachelor's degree required. + Minimum
- 10 years of technical sales experience
- in the industry, including account management and business development.
Salary Range Disclaimer:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
