Your impact The Senior Architectural Revit Modeler- Data Centre is a designer/modeller responsible for independently developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed architectural BIM models for complex data center projects. The role requires strong technical understanding, proactive coordination with other disciplines, and the ability to guide junior modellers while ensuring high-quality, data-rich model delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently develop and maintain detailed Revit models for architectural layouts and detailing in accordance with design requirements. Ensure models meet project LOD, LOI, and BIM Execution Plan requirements. Embed accurate parameters, system data, and schedules to support engineering design, coordination, and construction. Own assigned architectural model areas or zones and resolve typical clashes independently prior to escalation. Coordinate proactively with mechanical, electrical, structural, and ICT disciplines. Perform regular model quality checks, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and data requirements. Update models in line with design changes, engineering inputs, and client comments. Prepare model outputs, drawings, and exports for design reviews and coordination meetings. Support construction-stage modelling requirements as required. Provide day-to-day guidance and informal checking of work produced by junior modellers. Share best practices and lessons learned to improve modelling consistency and efficiency. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Architecture or a related drafting discipline. Significant relevant years of professional experience in architectural BIM modelling. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural documentation, coordination, and model development. Strong ability to interpret architectural schematics, drawings, and overall design intent. Experience delivering data center or other mission‑critical projects is highly preferred. Sound knowledge with local and international building codes and standards. Proven experience working within Common Data Environments (CDEs) and using coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks. High attention to detail with a strong focus on model quality, accuracy, and consistency. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
