What you'll do We are seeking a Data Quality & Governance Director to lead the transformation of our Salesforce (SFDC) data ecosystem. This leader will own the strategy and execution for building accurate, scalable account hierarchies and high-quality contact data across a global footprint. Reporting to the VP of GTM Operations, this is a highly visible role with direct engagement with Sales and GTM leadership. You will combine AI-driven automation, enrichment strategies, and a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model to enable critical initiatives such as territory carving, segmentation, forecasting, and AI adoption. You will Lead a hybrid team consisting of 2-3 direct reports (data analysts / program managers) and 6-8 offshore contractors focused on data cleansing and enrichment This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, GTM Operations. Responsibility Own the end-to-end strategy for SFDC data quality, including account hierarchies, contacts, and deduplication Lead large-scale cleanup and reconstruction of global account hierarchies Define and enforce scalable standards for global parent-child relationships and account structures Deploy AI agents and automation workflows to scale data cleansing, matching, and enrichment Build intelligent data pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to continuously enhance data operations Lead complex, cross-functional data programs with clear KPIs, milestones, and executive visibility Manage offshore teams and vendors to deliver high-volume, high-quality data improvements Establish SLAs, QA processes, and performance tracking frameworks Own enrichment strategy leveraging providers such as Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights Improve firmographic and technographic coverage to support segmentation and targeting Manage vendor relationships and data quality benchmarks Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Finance to align on data definitions and hierarchy logic Ensure data readiness for territory carving, account segmentation, and GTM planning Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on data governance best practices Establish and enforce data governance policies, ownership models, and standards Build scalable processes to ensure clean data creation at the point of entry Monitor data health and drive continuous improvement Improve global account hierarchy accuracy from 85% to 99%, enabling precise account ownership and territory design Increase contact coverage across priority segments by 50%, driving improved pipeline generation and engagement Reduce duplicate rates by 25%, improving data trust and operational efficiency Enable scalable AI and automation use cases across GTM (e.g., lead routing, scoring, enrichment), powered by clean, structured data Improve territory balance and pipeline coverage through high-quality, standardized account and contact data Redesign Public Sector hierarchy in alignment with Sales leaders

What you bring Basic 12+ years of experience in data quality, governance, or data operations in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including account hierarchies and contact models Experience with SaaS GTM models, global account structures, and enterprise customer hierarchies Experience leading large-scale data cleanup or transformation initiatives Experience with SQL Experience with Python for data processing and automation Eperience with Alteryx or similar data preparation tools Experience leveraging enrichment platforms such as Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights Experience with firmographic and technographic datasets Experience managing both direct reports and offshore teams Experience with program management and stakeholder alignment skills Preferred Excellent communication with the ability to influence senior leadership Experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM systems Background in global data governance frameworks and MDM Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data quality or automation solutions Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California:

$164,700.00•$266,00.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota:

$158,300.00•$223,625.00 base salary Washington, Maryland, Jersey and York (including NYC metro area): $158,300.00•$232,575.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following:

Bonus:

Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
