- AECOM is seeking a
- Program Manager for Data Center Site Strategy and Portfolio Development
- with a passion for driving results to join our high-performance data center team.
- While this position is eligible for remote work, office attendance is encouraged if an AECOM office is proximal. Periodic travel may be required for client meetings, key project milestones, onsite collaboration sessions, or other business‑critical activities. Travel is expected to be occasional and scheduled in advance.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Develop and lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and consultants; including recruitment and "care and feeding" of direct reports.
- Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Licensed Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Planner + Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning + 12 or more years of experience in general land development, infrastructure, or project management.
Desired Attributes:
- + Proficiency with digital geospatial, project and program management, and machine learning platforms.

- + Relocation is not available for this role + Sponsorship is not available for this role Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $150000 to $220000.
