ABOUT THE

OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Customer Experience Revenue Operations Manager to help drive predictable growth, operational rigor, and financial visibility across our Customer Experience organization.

YOUR ROLE

This role sits at the center of Customer Experience, Finance, and Go-To-Market-ensuring alignment between pipeline, delivery, and revenue. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we forecast, measure, and scale our business. A key focus will be owning the operational and financial performance of strategic partnerships, including large, multi-year commercial commitments (e.g., $240M agreements), ensuring they translate into measurable outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own forecasting & financial alignment

Drive accurate revenue forecasts and partner closely with Finance on planning, performance tracking, and variance analysis

Manage strategic partner performance

Track and forecast large-scale commitments, monitor attainment, and identify risks and opportunities

Drive operational rigor

Establish scalable processes for tracking performance, improving predictability, and enabling accountability across the organization

Build actionable insights

Create dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into revenue, capacity, and partner performance

Optimize capacity & planning

Model utilization and demand to ensure the organization is ready to deliver and scale efficiently

Partner cross-functionally

Work closely with CX, Sales, and Finance to align on priorities, metrics, and execution

WHAT YOU BRING

12+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Customer Success Operations, Professional Services Operations, or a related operational leadership role.

Demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Experience managing complex, multi-variable business environments, including strategic partnerships, large multi-year commercial agreements, and partner-driven revenue models.

Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives across Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Product, and Go-to-Market organizations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

EDUCATION
Preferred Degrees:

MBA, Finance / Accounting, Business Analytics / Data Analytics At this level, experience outweighs education.

The strongest candidates will have:

12+ years in operations leadership

Experience spanning multiple CX functions (CS, Support, PS, Renewals)

Built or run a Rhythm of Business (ROB) or similar cadence

Delivered exec-level reporting and insights

Strong cross-functional influence (Finance, Sales, Product)
