$40/hr About the Role As a Studio Data Administrator, you will help maintain and improve the quality of vendor and studio-related data used across company systems. You will work closely with content operations, product, engineering, and data teams to investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, and support large-scale data management projects. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment where priorities and workflows may evolve quickly. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain expertise in the entertainment vendor and studio data landscape. Support data quality initiatives by identifying, researching, and resolving data inconsistencies. Utilize internal tools and applications to perform data remediation, deduplication, mapping, and validation activities. Aggregate, organize, and input data across multiple systems and applications. Investigate discrepancies between databases and ensure data accuracy. Assist with auditing and quality control processes. Support cross-functional teams by triaging and resolving Tier 1 data-related issues. Identify recurring data issues and communicate trends to stakeholders. Test new workflows, tools, and processes and provide feedback for improvements. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams on data-related projects. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in entertainment, media, content operations, data management, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling high-volume, repetitive tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations. Experience working with large spreadsheets and datasets. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Airtable, or similar table-based applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn new tools, workflows, and systems quickly. Experience collaborating with product, engineering, or operations teams. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of entertainment industry vendors, including production companies, post-production houses, studios, distributors, delivery partners, advertisers, legal entities, or game development companies. Familiarity with large entertainment companies and their organizational structures. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Basic SQL knowledge. Prior experience in content metadata, content operations, media asset management, vendor management, or data quality functions.
