Job Description
Job Summary A public sector organization in the Cayce, SC area is seeking a Data Quality Manager for a long-term contract opportunity with potential for full-time hire. This role is ideal for a data-focused professional who enjoys improving processes, strengthening data governance, and building reporting solutions that help leaders make informed decisions. The Data Quality Manager will serve as a key data steward across operational and analytical systems, leading initiatives that improve data accuracy, consistency, and usability. Lead data quality improvement initiatives and projects across the organization.
Establish, maintain, and improve data governance protocols, standards, procedures, and validation processes.
Meet with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand data needs, and translate business goals into practical data solutions.
Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, anomalies, and root causes of data quality issues.
Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide real-time visibility into data quality and program effectiveness.
Partner with technical and non-technical teams to improve data trust, reduce operational risk, and enhance reporting capabilities. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week.
Assignment Type:
Long-term contract with potential for full-time hire.
