Job Description

Company DescriptionFlex-Tek is a global manufacturing company for products in Aerospace, Construction and Heating markets and is a division of Smiths. Job DescriptionFor this role, we're seeking a Senior Leader who will provide an enterprise mindset to our growing organization to drive operational improvements within our manufacturing environments, supply chain and logistics. This will include developing our strategy for master data, with a focus on developing commercial insights from data, supporting growth & margin enhancement.

This will be laid within a foundation of a global ERP program which is underway to harmonize our operations around best practice and deliver measurable business outcomes for our stakeholders.

The role will be based in our new HQ location in Simpsonville, SC reporting directly into our CFO for Flex Tek.

Role Purpose This role is accountable for the end‑to‑end integrity, performance, and sustainability of supply chain (Procure to Pay) and operational (Plan-to-Produce) business processes, ensuring a strong foundation in data driven insights to deliver measurable business outcomes, embedded controls, and long‑term enterprise value.

Through site-level coordination, the BPO owns business process decisions, data and outcomes.
