Position Summary Support the

USARCENT

Program Manager in implementing the Command's Suitability, Fitness, and Credentialing Program. The position reviews personnel records, manages security-information requests, supports adjudicative processes, and initiates background investigations. Key Responsibilities

• Support management of the Command Suitability Program and compliance with

AR 600-78.

• Interpret and implement applicable security, suitability, fitness, and credentialing policies and processes.
• Operate within DISS and, as authorized, PSIP, NP2, and the Central Verification System.
• Review investigation types, records, and adjudicative information.
• Manage DISS Security Management Office relationships and process adverse information, Supplemental Information Requests, and Continuous Vetting Alert Reports.
• Review personnel investigation history to verify eligibility for Common Access Cards.
• Coordinate and submit appropriate background investigations through PSIP. Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience as a Suitability Specialist, Security Specialist, Adjudicator, or comparable personnel-security professional.
• At least 3 years of full-time personnel-security or adjudication experience.
• Knowledge of security principles, concepts, practices, and investigation/adjudication processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced headquarters environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain the required security clearance. Additional Requirements
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform contract requirements and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct appropriate to a U.S. Army headquarters environment.
• Must comply with applicable security, information-assurance, training, access, and contractor-identification requirements.

About the Opportunity This is a full-time FalconTek position supporting an awarded U.S. Army Central staff-augmentation contract at Shaw AFB. The employee will work as a contractor member of the FalconTek team while supporting the assigned

USARCENT

Pay:

$53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
