Technology Digest, Inc. (TDI) About the role TDI is seeking a senior data governance and interface expert to support a State Medicaid modernization program. You will work with State Medicaid and IT staff to document how Medicaid data moves between systems and to build the data management foundation for modernization. What you'll do Gather requirements with State IT and program staff on data sources, current data mapping, and interface structure (no direct mainframe access; work is done through State IT) Build an Interface Registry for all Medicaid applications Write Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for interfaces that don't have one Develop an Interface Management Plan Create data models and, if none exists, a data warehouse structure Build the Medicaid Data Catalog and Data Lineage Develop a Data Governance & Management Plan with State stakeholders Map data flows across Medicaid systems, reporting, storage, and security Identify risks and recommend improvements to governance, integration, tools, and compliance Produce monthly status reports Required Expert-level Microsoft Purview Senior or expert healthcare data knowledge (Medicaid strongly preferred) Data modeling with ERwin or ER/Studio Conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, with examples of past work Hands-on data catalog and data lineage experience Experience implementing data governance programs and frameworks Experience writing Interface Control Documents Relational SQL and NoSQL proficiency Enterprise database design and management best practices Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Preferred State Medicaid / MMIS or E&E experience Business intelligence and data warehousing background Software development or interface design experience Data governance or Purview certifications (e.g., CDMP, DP-203/DP-700, Microsoft Purview credentials)

Pay:

From $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
