Job Summary

Apollo MedFlight is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Support to join our Information Technology team. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency by monitoring data trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

What You'll Do

Gather, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to identify trends and opportunities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for leadership teams

Collaborate with Operations Management and department leaders to support company initiatives and performance goals

Monitor operational performance metrics and provide real-time insight when needed

Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and revenue performance

Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies

Support additional reporting and analytical projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Intermediate computer proficiency

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and database tools

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Meticulous attention to detail

Experience within emergency medical response, transport, or aviation environments preferred

Valid Driver's License required

Reliable attendance and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field

Previous experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

Experience with:

Python

SQL Server

Geocoding

Power BI

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based and involves prolonged computer and desk work. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and may occasionally be required to travel or work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
