You will be leading a team of 6, overseeing them to ensure thoroughness and efficiency. Duties Supervise daily scanning activities, overseeing production and efficiency Coordinate with other teams to make sure operations run seamlessly Encourage and oversee employees, making sure they successfully complete their quota Requirements Proven experience in retail management or inventory control roles with a focus on scanning operations Strong analysis skills Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools for reporting and record-keeping Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills necessary for maintaining accurate filing systems and inventory records Customer support experience to assist shoppers with product locations or inquiries related to scanning processes
