Job Description We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to lead and grow one of customers three third-party Data Protection software Partner relationships. This role is central to customers strategy to drive increased value and profitability through intellectual property (IP) by developing deep, strategic, and execution-focused partnerships. The Strategic Partner Manager will serve as the worldwide focal point for the assigned partner relationship, owning strategy, alignment, execution, and escalation management. The role is focused on strategic business development, joint solution leadership, and improved IP led selling execution within the rapidly evolving data protection market. Each Partner Manager will be dedicated to a single partner to ensure deep engagement, focus, and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Serve as the global single point of contact for the assigned strategic data protection software partner Own and manage the end-to-end worldwide partner relationship Act as the primary escalation point for partner-to-customer and customer-to-partner Influence senior stakeholders across customer and the partner organization to align priorities, investments, and roadmaps with customer data protection and IP-led growth strategy Lead strategic business development initiatives focused on accelerating IP growth through joint data protection solutions Drive joint solution definition and execution aligned to customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends in data protection Improve customer/partner joint selling success and execution of IP led data protection solutions Partner closely with sales, solutions, and regional teams to improve field execution and customer outcomes Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with partner and customer leadership Develop and deliver business analytics, insights, and reporting Monitor data protection market trends, competitive landscape, and partner positioning to inform strategy and execution Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or related roles Proven experience managing complex, global technology partnerships Strong understanding of data protection technologies and market dynamics Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and at executive levels Demonstrated success driving business outcomes through strategic partner engagement Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities Experience working in or with large global technology companies
