Type:

full-time We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities on a major data center project in Red Oak, Texas . The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commissioning teams and contractors within mission-critical environments, with a solid understanding of MEP systems and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all commissioning activities from L1 through L5 and IST. Coordinate commissioning teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Develop and manage commissioning schedules, plans, test scripts, and documentation. Oversee functional performance testing and integrated systems testing. Identify and resolve commissioning issues while maintaining project schedule and quality. Ensure all systems are fully tested, documented, and ready for client handover.

Requirements:

5+ years of commissioning experience, preferably within data centers. Previous experience in a Commissioning Manager or senior leadership role. Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical MEP systems. Experience with L1-L5 commissioning and IST. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
