Troubleshoot and resolve networking connectivity issues. Provide on-site support for workstations. Install, remove and replace computer peripherals as needed. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:

Associate's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. One year in a position directly related to the duties and level of responsibilities specified.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in information systems. Three years of experience.

Licenses and Certifications:
