Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Spring TX thaty is seeking Product Data Management (PDM) professionals to support large-scale product onboarding and SKU readiness activities. The Senior PDM will serve as a strategic partner to program leadership, providing oversight, cross-functional coordination, prioritization guidance, and escalation management.Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and management of large product portfolios and SKU catalogs
- Coordinate product data readiness activities across Product Management, Supply Chain, CPQ, and operational teams
- Execute and validate SKU setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities
- Ensure product data quality, completeness, and compliance with established standards
- Track readiness milestones and proactively identify data gaps or process issues
- Support testing, deployment readiness, and operational launch activities
- Collaborate with global teams to enable efficient follow-the-sun execution and issue resolution
- Develop status reporting and provide updates to program leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in Product Data Management, Product Operations, Catalog Management, Master Data, or related functions
- Experience supporting SKU creation, product setup, and product lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of product readiness and cross-functional operational workflows
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate effectively across business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise product master data environments
- Knowledge of CPQ, Supply Chain, and Product Operations processes
- Experience supporting high-volume SKU onboarding initiatives
- Advanced Excel reporting and data analysis capabilities
- Experience working in global delivery models with distributed teams The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
