The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing cloud-based data pipelines and AI data platforms that support our enterprise-scale initiatives in an IC customer space. This role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Oracle-based systems in high-volume environments. Responsibilities Required Skills:
Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with poly required Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Minimum 10+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or database management and building enterprise-scale mission systems, preferably within the federal sector Experience with managing geospatial intelligence data (vectors and rasters) Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP Strong experience with architecting and implementing Oracle Databases AI-enabling data using Vector data type, RAG, and MCP Strong knowledge of ETL pipeline design (including data transformations) and implementation for large-scale data systems Containers/Kubernetes Proficiency in shell scripting, Python, or other automation tools Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage practices Ability to work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DBAs, and business analysts Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting and presenting solutions
Desired Skills:
Designing multi-modal databases that integrate multiple data types, including: Relational Spatial JSON Graph Knowledge of data security best practices and regulatory compliance Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in a data engineering context Creating and deploying RESTful APIs; Oracle API Gateway Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Database Certified Professional or OCI Architect Professional) are a plus Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC)-related agencies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
