As a Manager, Cyber Technical (IAM) you will be a key member of the identity and access Management operations and certifications team. You'll lead innovative, data-driven solutions that strengthen Capital One's security posture and improve operational efficiency.

• What You'll Do:

• + Manage both quantitative and qualitative analysis for complex data structures to generate actionable business insight and support IAM strategy.

+ Analyze data requirements and requests from management, define operational problems, and develop models and frameworks for validation and problem solving. + Lead a team of cyber data analysts providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight. + Architect, engineer, and deploy enterprise-grade IAM frameworks by utilizing advanced data engineering and programmatic automation to build resilient, high-availability identity solutions. + Present complex data analysis concepts to diverse audiences in non-technical areas in clear and concise terms.

• Basic Qualifications:

• + High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification + At least 4 years of experience in Information Security + At least 1 year of experience supporting SailPoint Applications

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Bachelor's Degree + 2+ years of experience in people management + 5+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ + 3+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint ISC + 4+ years of experience in Implementation, Configuration, Customization and deployment in an enterprise environment + 4+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JSON, XML, Python and REST development + 3+ years of experience with database like Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres + 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX or Tableau + 1+ years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI tools and services + AWS Certification _At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.
