Respond to adhoc data requests and surface insights that help programs improve. Serve as primary admin for our program databases Create documentation, guides, and training materials that actually get used Own data quality across the organization—collection, storage, accuracy, compliance (HIPAA, HUD, Vermont regs) Build reports and dashboards for grant compliance, program evaluation, and strategic planning Lead 1:1 and group trainings with staff on database use, data entry, and reporting toolsQUALIFICATIONS
2 years of experience in data management, database administration, or analysis Comfortable with data visualization tools—Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar Ability to work with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or economic barriers Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
