Full Job Description Description:
Since 1991, Cocoon House has been committed and working towards breaking the cycle of homelessness for teens, young people and their families throughout Snohomish County. The Data & Impact Team works to equip and support the staff working directly in programs. As a member of the D&I Team, the Program and Data Support Coordinator partners with teams and individual staff to ensure they understand data and documentation requirements, have the tools they need to meet requirements, and are prepared for external audits and monitoring. The Program and Data Support Coordinator role is a peer-facing role that requires a solid understanding of database functionality as well as strong interpersonal and training skills. Program and Data Support Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities Full-Time | On-site inEverett Starting Wages:
$27/hr| +$1.50/hr pay differential for multi-lingual skills with additional paperworkData Training and Support:
Utilize existing training materials to support new database users in understanding how to navigate the agency's internal database (CaseWorthy) for completing workflows, entering services, and documenting case management activities. Provide ongoing training and coaching to individuals and teams to refresh key skills, provide updated information, and build connections between data standards and the day-to-day work of programs. Develop curriculum and materials for individual and team learning. Train and support program leadership in understanding goals, reports, and individual data points. Follow up on specific data errors to determine if additional training or support is needed. Partner with team members to troubleshoot data issues. Coordinate with the D&I Team to identify potential training and support needs on the user and team levels based on results of the Data Entry Specialist's quality assurance reports. Maintain knowledge of all programs' workflows and data requirements in order to appropriately train and support program staff. Serve as a backup data entry person when needed.Documentation and Files:
Provide initial and ongoing training to program leadership and staff to support understanding of data-related forms and other key documentation. This includes one-on-one and small team trainings. Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc reviews of physical and electronic records. Communicate documentation issues to program and agency leadership and monitor corrective actions. Support the agency during funder and licensing monitoring/audits. Maintain long-term file storage spaces including file organization, file retrieval, and annual shredding activities.Other Tasks:
Build effective and collaborative working relationships within the team and throughout the agency to advance team goals and the agency mission. Professionally represent the agency in meetings and communication with internal and external partners. Attend team and agency meetings and trainings. Complete other duties as assigned.Benefits:
