Knowledge of cartographic design principles. Skill in performing advanced analysis of simple and complex datasets Skill in creating maps both static and interactive. Skill in working with users to determine system requirements and correct problems. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public Skill in communicating effectively both orally and in writing Associate Degree in GIS, geography, urban planning, environmental science or related field, and one year of professional experience using ESRI's software OR; any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
