• $70/hr We have an immediate opportunity for a seasoned Program Manager with deep experience in

GIS/ESRI

platforms and large-scale digital engineering initiatives, supporting global delivery teams across North America and APAC. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end program delivery, driving complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning GIS application development, platform engineering, Agile transformation, and enterprise technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics CE, .NET, and emerging AI solutions including Copilot. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in program and service delivery leadership, with the ability to translate business objectives into structured execution roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment between client goals and engineering outcomes. Hands-on exposure to ESRI-based solutions, Agile methodologies, and product ownership practices is essential, along with a proven ability to manage distributed, matrixed teams while maintaining delivery quality, timelines, and measurable business impact. To be successful in this position, one needs to be a strong communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology, driving innovation while maintaining operational excellence. Experience working in global delivery models, managing large-scale programs, and delivering measurable outcomes in a client-facing environment is critical.
