Job Description:
The candidate should have significant experience working with the ArcGIS platform developing and maintaining geospatial data, maps and map layers. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in the following areas: Georeferencing and digitizing real estate agreements and supporting documents into enterprise GIS systems Interpreting legal descriptions, maps, and design and/or as built drawings to create accurate GIS features. Completing quality control, spatial validation, and attribute review to ensure data accuracy and consistency Researching/resolving spatial discrepancies by coordinating with internal stakeholders Creating metadata, documentation, and linkages between GIS features and source records
Skills/Experience:
Bachelors degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, Planning, or a related \with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Advanced working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 10.x, ArcGIS Pro 3.x and extensions, Prior railroad experience is a plus Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
