Harrodsburg, Kentucky job type: Contract salary: $26.79 - 37.50 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead metrology projects from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless technology transfer from R&D to production-ready manufacturing lines.

Survey, develop, deploy, and qualify advanced gauges and measurement systems to evaluate critical glass and optical product characteristics.

Partner with software and controls teams to design robust measurement data reporting, databases, and intuitive operator interfaces.

Provide second-level technical leadership to troubleshoot complex metrology issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

Drive metrology governance and standardization (including MSA alignment) across internal plants, contract manufacturers, and customer sites.
