Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field, and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communications skills and ability to independently manage workload schedules. Relevant year/s of GIS or other relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Experience with ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal and/or other relevant ArcGIS software and an understanding of the ESRI suite of products. AutoCAD experience. Technical knowledge of geographic concepts, including coordinate systems, data collection methods, spatial data management, analysis, data visualization and cartographic design.
