We are seeking a dynamic GIS Manager to transform the City's Geographic Information Systems from a support tool into a strategic cornerstone of municipal operations. As the architect of our spatial data environment, you will lead the charge in shifting our GIS program toward a proactive, service-tier model that empowers departments—from Public Works to Public Safety—with real-time, high-quality data. This role is perfect for a leader who is equally comfortable talking high-level strategic planning and diving into technical geodatabase architecture with IT partners.
