Application Success Specialist Colliers Engineering & Design life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Jersey, Holmdel 101 Crawfords Corner Road, Ste 3400 (Show on map) Jun 03, 2026 Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Application Success Specialist with experience in LiDAR processing and MicroStation-based workflows to help advance our survey and geospatial capabilities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong production background who is looking to expand their impact beyond individual project work and play a key role in supporting teams, improving workflows, and influencing how LiDAR work is executed across multiple projects and offices. The role remains highly engaged in production workflows and requires the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, support multiple teams, and operate at a fast pace across competing priorities. Design Technology Services (DTS) at Colliers Engineering & Design supports design technology workflows across a multi-discipline, enterprise-scale organization.

Responsibilities LiDAR Workflow Support & Improvement:
Support and guide the use of LiDAR processing workflows, SOPs, and standards across project teams. Work within a TopoDOT and MicroStation-based environment to support scan-to-CAD workflows. Help improve consistency and efficiency in how point cloud data is processed and delivered. Identify workflow challenges and contribute to practical improvements across teams.
Reality Capture & LiDAR Support:
Support LiDAR data. Static scanning (terrestrial LiDAR). Mobile mapping systems. UAS / aerial LiDAR or photogrammetry. Actively support and troubleshoot project teams working within LiDAR workflows, helping resolve issues and improve execution across multiple projects simultaneously.
Support, Collaboration & Training:
Actively support and troubleshoot project teams working within LiDAR workflows. Help resolve issues and improve execution across multiple projects simultaneously. Assist with onboarding, training, and development of workflow guidance. Qualifications 1-3 years of related experience. Experience with MicroStation-based workflows. Hands-on experience using TopoDOT for point cloud processing and feature extraction. Experience working with LiDAR / reality capture data in a production or support environment. Familiarity with Open Roads Designer (ORD), Trimble Business Center (TBC), Leica Cyclone/Infinity, or Civil 3D preferred. Understanding of point cloud QA/QC, coordinate systems, and survey workflows preferred. Strong problem solver who enjoys improving workflows and helping others succeed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple active projects. Able to communicate technical concepts clearly across a range of experience levels. Motivated to grow into broader responsibility within workflow support and implementation. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
