JOB SUMMARY
The imaging technician is responsible for imaging DRiV product within our Smyrna distribution center. This position will steer physical image creation to be used in online catalogs and distributed to downstream customer systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Photograph DRiV products as needed according to industry best practices for online catalog usage Collaborate with digital asset team to develop imaging priority and cadence per business need Report to product and other business units as needed on status of image creation Move and transport product within distribution center as necessary Work with onsite Smyrna teams to pull & return product as needed Maintain expertise in digital asset best practices, industry standards Work closely with marketing, product and engineering teams on digital asset needs Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with company and customer personnel
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Digital Imaging, Photography or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE
Expertise with using digital DSLR or Mirrorless cameras in a controlled environment Ability to work independently to meet tasks and deadlines Familiarity with cameras and imaging techniques and methods (lighting, position, framing) Experience working in a distribution center is a plus
REQUIREMENTS/CERTIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills essential Good decision-making ability, handle multiple tasks with little direction and be able to prioritize Ability to travel if needed
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift and move a variety of automotive products as needed for photography
