The Associate IT Manager of Infrastructure Services (MIS) leads frontline IT support and end-user computing (EUC) services for Central Peninsula Hospital. This role oversees service desk operations, technical support, endpoint management, and daily IT operations to ensure reliable performance and a seamless user experience. Working closely with senior IT leaders, the MIS supports broader initiatives while focusing on operational stability, process improvement, and user satisfaction. The role also contributes to service enhancements, incident response, technology lifecycle management, and routine cybersecurity practices. This leader fosters a collaborative, service-driven team environment, supporting high-quality patient care and a culture grounded in safety, compassion, respect, and excellence.What We're Looking For:
Associate's Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or healthcare. An associate's degree may be substituted with equivalent years of demonstrated progressive experience in the IT field that have driven measurable results supported by relevant industry certifications and education. At least three years of experience in the IT domain, gained through technologist or supervisory roles supporting information technology products (e.g., applications, endâ€'user devices) or services (e.g., frontline service desk, technical support, IT operations).
