I'm partnering with a long-standing client on a key leadership hire within their technology team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys leading a team while staying hands-on with infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and operational technology initiatives.
The compensation range for this opportunity is $120,000
- $160,000 DOE, along with a profit-sharing program that allows employees to directly participate in the company's continued success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small IT team
- Oversee daily IT operations and service delivery
- Manage infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and risk mitigation efforts
- Drive technology improvements and operational efficiencies
- Evaluate and implement automation opportunities

- 8+ years of progressive IT experience
- Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
- Strong background in systems administration and infrastructure support
- Experience supporting networks, servers, and enterprise technology environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Exposure to automation, scripting, or process improvement initiatives
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and technical priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
