Responsibilities Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalable and secure infrastructure. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of enterprise systems including Windows Server, Linux, VMware vSphere, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of data by implementing effective cybersecurity measures including network security, firewalls, Active Directory management, and information security protocols. Lead IT projects related to software implementation, system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, business continuity planning, and vendor management. Monitor IT operations using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow to ensure optimal performance and rapid resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical support needs, manage IT assets efficiently, and uphold IT governance standards. Drive process improvements through Agile methodologies and project management best practices while supervising technical project teams. Maintain comprehensive documentation for network infrastructure, configuration management, and compliance requirements. Requirements Proven experience managing IT teams with strong supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN networks, Cisco routers, firewall management, DHCP configurations, VPNs for remote access software, and network engineering principles. Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and server management in Windows Server environments; familiarity with Linux systems is a plus. Proficiency in cloud services like AWS and Azure along with expertise in software implementation and database management using Microsoft SQL Server or similar platforms. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL; experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving network security upgrades, disaster recovery plans, or system migrations while managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or VMware certifications are highly desirable.
