Job Description
Our client is an innovative technology company transforming the way businesses leverage connected devices, automation, and cloud-based software to improve operational efficiency. They are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee internal technology operations and help build a reliable, secure, and scalable IT environment. This is a full-time opportunity based in El Segundo, CA. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys owning day-to-day IT operations while helping shape long-term infrastructure strategy. You'll be responsible for corporate systems, network administration, endpoint management, security best practices, vendor relationships, and employee technology support as the company continues its rapid growth. This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of providing IT support within sizable organizations or sophisticated technology environments corporate Familiarity with administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 In-depth understanding of networking principles, including but not limited to secure gateways, remote access tunnels, network appliances, Wi-Fi, domain management, automatic IP assignment Practical exposure to managing device fleets via mobility management solutions Competence with user authentication systems, centralized access methods, and onboarding/offboarding processes Well-versed in hardware sourcing, installation, and overall asset lifecycle oversight Proven ability to coordinate with third-party technology providers and vendors Previous support of organizational security and regulatory compliance efforts (e.g., widely recognized assurance frameworks) Hands-on experience across major desktop and server operating systems Exposure to virtualization technologies and broad cloud computing environments Desired Skills & Experience Direct experience in rapidly scaling technology companies or cloud-based product businesses. Awareness of advanced security standards or risk management frameworks. Involvement in supporting teams focused on safeguarding information assets or within regulated sectors. Understanding of software purchase agreements and contract oversight. Leadership in executing major technology refreshes or office infrastructure initiatives. Demonstrated organizational and reporting abilities on projects and ongoing tasks.
