Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

Fully On-Site Position Overview We are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on Systems & Technology Manager to support and manage the technology, software, and systems used throughout our organization. This position will play an important role in ensuring our timekeeping, payroll, recruiting, and internal software systems are operating efficiently and that employees and clients receive the support they need. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem solver, and strong communicator who is comfortable learning new technology, troubleshooting systems, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Experience with staffing and workforce management systems such as NocaTime, UltraStaff, Avionté , or similar platforms is highly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Technology Management Set up, configure, and maintain employee time clocks and timekeeping systems . Manage and support payroll and workforce management systems . Assist with implementation, setup, and rollout of new software and technology platforms. Manage system users, permissions, settings, and access as needed. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with software vendors or technical support when necessary. Identify opportunities to improve current systems, processes, and workflows. Maintain accurate system documentation and procedures. Stay current on software updates, new features, and available technology solutions. Staffing & Payroll Systems Provide ongoing support for payroll, timekeeping, and staffing software. Assist branches and internal teams with system questions and troubleshooting. Ensure timekeeping systems are properly configured and functioning. Help maintain accurate employee and client information within applicable systems. Support system changes, updates, and new implementations. Client Support & Customer Service Contact current clients to provide system support and ensure their needs are being met. Assist clients with timekeeping, software, and system-related questions. Conduct periodic customer service checks to ensure clients are satisfied and receiving proper support. Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams. Identify client concerns and work toward timely resolutions. Training & Development Complete required training courses for new and existing software platforms. Learn new systems independently and become a resource for internal users. Develop or assist with training materials and user instructions. Provide system training and support to employees, branch staff, and clients when needed. Continuously look for ways to improve system knowledge and overall department efficiency. Preferred Experience Experience with NocaTime, UltraStaff, Avionté, or similar staffing/payroll systems strongly preferred. Experience supporting timekeeping, payroll, HR, recruiting, or workforce management software . Experience implementing or managing new software platforms. Basic understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting, and user support. Experience working directly with clients or customers. Staffing industry experience is a plus. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Advanced Excel or reporting experience is a plus.
