OKTA Engineer -

Technical Lead Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled OKTA Engineer - Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT with a focus on security, identity, or enterprise architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives related to OKTA, Multi Factor Authorization, and IAM.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical projects related to OKTA implementation and maintenance Design and implement Multi Factor Authorization solutions Provide technical expertise on IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, and Ping Ensure delivery timelines are met and maintain high quality standards Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with technical solutions Stay current on industry trends and best practices in security and identity management

Requirements:

Required Skills:

12+ years in IT with focus on security, identity, or enterprise architecture Strong experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping) Okta certificate is required Strong accountability for outcomes, including delivery timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
