  • Oversee and coordinate the work of third-party IT support personnel on-site, ensuring service quality and compliance with IT policies and factory safety requirements.
  • Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for factory users and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination with remote/global IT teams across different domains (network, storage, applications, etc.).
  • Handle urgent tier-3 escalation with third-party IT about network connectivity, servers, client systems, and production tools.
  • Support day-to-day system operations, including user provisioning, hardware/software deployment, patch management, and incident resolution.
  • Work closely with global teams to maintain and support factory systems, MES, ERP, and other critical applications.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing) and escalate to specialized teams when needed.
  • Support and maintain Windows and Linux/Unix servers, ensuring system stability, performance, and security hardening.
  • Participate in routine tasks such as OS patching, endpoint protection, system monitoring, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and participate in security-related initiatives such as vulnerability remediation and endpoint management.
  • Assist with IT asset management, documentation, and audit readiness for local factory systems.
