Lane specializes in mobility, tunneling, and water resources to address sustainable development and climate change adaptation challenges. Responsibilities- Defines and executes Lane's IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap, translating business priorities and construction operations needs into actionable initiatives, programs, and measurable outcomes.
- Provides strategic IT leadership for Lane by aligning technology priorities with business needs and parent company standards, while leading enterprise systems integration across ERP, project management, collaboration, data, security, and field tools through governance and execution discipline.
- Partners with executive leadership, business functions, and project teams to identify technology-enabled improvements, influence adoption, and build a customer-focused IT culture grounded in business outcomes.
- Leads major IT programs and technology projects from business case through execution, ensuring clear scope, governance, milestones, stakeholder engagement, change management, adoption, and benefits realization.
- Leads the implementation, integration, optimization, and ongoing management of enterprise applications, including ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable systems, as well as HRIS, CRM, project management, and collaboration platforms.
- Leads cloud architecture and infrastructure modernization initiatives from strategy through implementation, partnering with project teams to improve scalability, reliability, performance, and cost effectiveness.
- Leads infrastructure, hardware, asset, procurement, and lifecycle planning while staying closely connected to implementation timelines, field needs, vendor performance, and operational readiness.
- Leads cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance execution, working directly with internal teams, risk, audit, and parent company stakeholders to implement controls, address vulnerabilities, and meet industry standards.
- Sets the direction for IT service management (ITSM) and stays engaged in service delivery to improve support quality, operational consistency, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Directs collaboration, communication, and end-user technology platforms, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented, adopted, supported, and measured against performance, availability, and service expectations.
- Guides data architecture, database administration, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities to support timely decision-making, operational visibility, and effective project controls.
- Owns IT budget, investment planning, vendor governance, and contract performance, ensuring technology spend supports strategic priorities, delivery commitments, service quality, and cost efficiency.
- Builds and leads a high-performing IT organization by developing team capability, mentoring leaders, managing performance, strengthening project delivery discipline, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Advanced Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred.Certifications:
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) preferred. Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.Employment Conditions:
15+ years of IT experience.- Experience leading enterprise-wide technology strategies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory and data protection frameworks, such as GDPR.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks, including TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable systems is required.
- Strong experience leading project management, implementation planning, cross-functional alignment, and execution of enterprise technology initiatives is required.
