Director of IT Site Impact - 3.7 Coral Springs, FL Job Details 2 hours ago Full Job Description Site Impact is a leading multi-channel marketing technology company helping brands and agencies reach targeted audiences at scale. We combine a proprietary identity graph, real-time analytics, and a commitment to innovation to create measurable results for our partners. Position Summary The Director of IT leads the management and optimization of Site Impact's internal and cloud infrastructure, ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and able to scale with the business. The role oversees the infrastructure supporting both internal office operations and external-facing production environments, including third-party vendor relationships across DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security monitoring. As cybersecurity and regulatory demands grow, the Director of IT also owns IT governance and compliance, helping safeguard the business while keeping operations efficient and cost-effective. Key Responsibilities Oversee internal office infrastructure, keeping networks, hardware, and software tools running efficiently and securely-including support of the Agentic AI solutions assisting our various business departments. Manage relationships with external vendors handling DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security monitoring. Lead IT initiatives that improve internal systems architecture and drive adoption of best practices. Lead and develop a small IT team, currently one team member. Ensure the security, availability, and performance of internal networks and systems. Partner with teams across the company to understand their technology needs and deliver the right support and solutions. Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend changes that improve efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness. Drive IT compliance and governance, ensuring systems meet regulatory and security requirements. Maintain a disaster recovery plan and ensure business continuity in the event of an outage or system failure. Manage a large-scale DNS infrastructure and enterprise domain portfolio, including edge platforms such as Cloudflare. Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns and escalations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in IT management. Demonstrated expertise managing system and network administrators, internal office IT infrastructure, and external vendor relationships. Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps best practices. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, tools, and compliance measures. Solid understanding of office productivity and collaboration tools (including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365), hardware management, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack, ideally in an environment where some teams also use Microsoft tools. Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across departments and with external vendors. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proficient in the Jira/Atlassian ecosystem, with platform administration experience highly preferred Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, including GKE and BigQuery, or AWS equivalents. Background working in digital marketing or a comparable technology environment. Experience supporting workplace AI tools such as Claude and Google Workspace AI (Gemini).
