What You Will Do

• IT Automation & Operational Efficiency What You Bring Minimum Education and Experience 7+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience Experience managing managed service providers (MSPs) or outsourced IT environments Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, servers, and endpoint management Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or CIS controls Experience working with security monitoring platforms and EDR tools Ability to communicate technical risk and strategy to executive leadership Preferred Qualifications • Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments • Experience with Fortinet networking technologies • Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365) • Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as CMMC • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and scripting languages Why CDA • Opportunity to work on programs supporting advanced aerospace and defense missions • Exposure to strategic growth initiatives within a performance driven culture • High visibility role with meaningful impact on business direction • Environment focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement Physical and Compliance Requirements • Standard business hours Monday through Friday with flexibility to support business needs • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods
