About LogisticsWorks LogisticsWorks is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company with warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution operations throughout Florida and Pennsylvania. For decades, our organization has provided traditional logistics and warehousing solutions for manufacturers, importers, distributors, and commercial customers. As the logistics industry continues to evolve, we are expanding our capabilities to support the rapidly growing e-commerce fulfillment market. Our goal is to establish a scalable e-commerce fulfillment operation capable of supporting Shopify merchants, Amazon sellers, direct-to-consumer brands, subscription box companies, and multi-channel retailers. To achieve this, we are investing in the technology, systems, automation, and operational infrastructure required to deliver modern fulfillment services. We are seeking an experienced technology professional to help design and implement the software ecosystem that will power this next phase of growth. Position Summary We are looking for an IT Systems & E-Commerce Integration Manager to play a key role in building the technology foundation of our e-commerce fulfillment division. This individual will help evaluate, implement, integrate, and optimize the software platforms, automation tools, reporting systems, and operational technologies required to support a modern e-commerce 3PL operation. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership, the E-Commerce Fulfillment & Systems Manager, warehouse managers, and operational leadership teams to help transform our existing logistics infrastructure into a scalable e-commerce fulfillment platform capable of supporting growing online brands. Collaboration & Organizational Structure This position will work closely with the E-Commerce Fulfillment & Systems Manager, warehouse managers, ownership, and operational leadership teams across our Florida and Pennsylvania facilities. While the E-Commerce Fulfillment & Systems Manager will primarily focus on fulfillment operations, warehouse workflows, inventory processes, and customer fulfillment requirements, the IT Systems & E-Commerce Integration Manager will focus on the technology, software, automation, and systems infrastructure that support those operations. Together, these roles will help ensure that warehouse operations, inventory management, e-commerce platforms, shipping systems, reporting tools, and business processes remain fully connected and scalable as the company continues to grow. Primary Responsibilities Technology & Systems Management Evaluate, implement, and manage business software platforms Serve as the primary point of contact for technology initiatives and systems improvements Coordinate with software vendors, developers, consultants, and implementation partners Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues Develop system documentation, SOPs, and training materials Support long-term technology planning and infrastructure development E-Commerce & Systems Integration Integrate warehouse management systems with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, WooCommerce, and other sales channels Design workflows that automate order processing, inventory updates, shipment tracking, and customer notifications Configure and manage shipping software, carrier integrations, and label generation platforms Maintain data integrity across inventory, order management, and fulfillment systems Support software implementation projects and system migrations Monitor system performance and recommend improvements Assist in developing the technology framework required to support e-commerce fulfillment clients and multi-channel retailers Automation & AI Initiatives Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes Implement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar platforms Evaluate AI tools that can improve productivity, reporting, customer communication, documentation, and operational visibility Develop AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual work and improve decision-making Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations for future implementation Assist with integrating AI and automation solutions into existing business systems Qualifications Experience in IT systems management, software implementation, systems integration, or business technology roles Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central Experience working with inventory management, order management, ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems Understanding of APIs, software integrations, and data synchronization Strong troubleshooting and project management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions Must be willing to travel to Pennsylvania facilities as needed Preferred Experience working within logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, or 3PL environments Experience with platforms such as Magaya, ShipStation, Extensiv, Logiwa, Cin7, NetSuite, Deposco, or similar systems Experience implementing automation workflows and business process improvements Familiarity with Zapier, Make, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools Experience utilizing AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or related technologies Experience managing software implementation projects Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence platforms What Success Looks Like Within the first 12-24 months, this individual will help LogisticsWorks establish itself as a technology-enabled e-commerce fulfillment provider serving Shopify merchants, Amazon sellers, direct-to-consumer brands, subscription box companies, and other multi-channel retailers.
