Job Summary The Innovation & Technology Intern will support Richard's efforts to evaluate, implement, and optimize technology across the organization. Working with the Innovation & Technology team and stakeholders throughout the company, the intern will gain exposure to construction technology, data analysis, business systems, process improvement, automation, and emerging technology. This internship is ideal for a student who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, analyzing how systems work, and identifying opportunities to make organizations more efficient. Opportunities Research emerging technologies and their potential applications within construction.

Assist with evaluating and testing software platforms and technology solutions.

Support implementation and adoption of new technology across departments.

Help document business processes, technology workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive processes.

Assist with data collection, organization, analysis, and visualization.

Support the development of dashboards, reports, and other data-driven tools.

Work with employees to understand technology challenges and identify potential solutions.

Assist with technology training materials and user adoption initiatives.

Gain exposure to construction technology platforms and enterprise business systems.

Participate in pilot programs and technology proof-of-concept initiatives.

Collaborate across departments to improve processes and information sharing.

Participate in team meetings, presentations, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable information.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with data visualization, automation, AI, programming, construction technology, or business intelligence tools is a plus.

Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
