This role is ideal for someone who is both technically competent and operationally minded, with the ability to move between hands-on IT support, systems oversight, and strategic project involvement. Duties IT Systems & Infrastructure Manage and maintain a lean IT environment across all business systems Oversee network infrastructure, user access, and hardware Manage AzureAD, Microsoft Intune, 365, Apple Business Manager Ensure system reliability, backups and security Camera & Security Systems Manage camera and access control systems Ensure proper configuration and uptime Coordinate with vendors for support and upgrades, cabling abilities a plus Development & Systems Projects Assist with internal development initiatives Support workflow automation and system integrations Identify process improvement opportunities Business Operations Support Support operational initiatives tied to technology Improve internal processes and efficiency Secondary Project Involvement (Sports Data) Assist with sports data and analytics projects Support data organization and technical needs Implement disaster recovery plans, business continuity strategies, and security measures to protect organizational data against threats or outages. Qualifications Strong IT systems and troubleshooting experience Experience in lean IT environments Camera/security systems experience Basic development or automation skills Business operations exposure Network, cabling, switches experience

Pay:

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
